| · Due to the nature of the item we do not offer full refunds on any item that has been used.
· If you receive the wrong item and the fault is ours, we will gladly exchange for the proper item and refund your shipping cost plus 10% off your next order.
· If for whatever reason you are not pleased with our products and you have NOT used it, we will give either:
A) Give you a refund of the full amount minus a 10% restocking fee OR
B) Allow you to exchange for another product of equal value.
The refund/exchange will be processed only after the item has been shipped back to us in the same condition it was sent to you. In this case you will be responsible for all shipping charges. All exchanges of this type must be processed with in 3 days of you receiving the item.
· In the rare instance that you find out you are not happy only after you have used our products. Please contact us and explain your situation and we will do our best to come up with a solution that works best for both you and us. |
